Service and acceptance

FITCHECK offers a virtual fitting room, AI stylists, clothing analysis from photos, fashion search, and related features. By continuing to use the service after signing in, you accept these Terms and acknowledge reading the Privacy.

You confirm that you are old enough to enter into this agreement under the laws of your country. Otherwise, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your account

An account is created when you first sign in with Google or Yandex ID. You are responsible for the security of your provider account and activity in your FITCHECK session. Google and Yandex sign-ins may create separate profiles even if their email addresses match.

You may sign out or delete your account in your profile. Deleted chats, photos, COINS, settings, and results cannot be recovered.

Your content

You retain rights to the content you upload. You permit FITCHECK to store, transform, and send that content to processing providers only to provide selected features, security, and support.

Upload only material you are entitled to use. Do not submit another person’s photo without permission, unlawful content, or material that infringes copyright, privacy, or image rights.

AI and virtual fittings

Stylist replies, brand recognition, links, sizes, and visual results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. A virtual fitting shows an approximate look; it does not guarantee actual fit, color, size, or product properties.

Before buying, check price, seller, authenticity, availability, size, and returns yourself. FITCHECK does not sell the products found and is not responsible for third-party websites.

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass limits, paid-feature access, or site security.
• Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the service for harassment, discrimination, fraud, or unlawful images.
• Do not overload the API with automated requests or resell access without written permission.
• Do not present AI output as professional medical, legal, or other regulated advice.

Plans, COINS, and payments

Subscription and one-time COINS purchase availability are shown separately in your account shop. If new subscriptions are unavailable, you can still check an earlier payment or turn off renewal. Existing purchased COINS and active plans remain in your account under their original conditions and expiry dates. Administrator test COINS are not purchases.

Plus is 399 RUB and Premium 1,290 RUB for a calendar month, for the first payment and each renewal. COINS packs: 10 for 25 RUB; 100 for 149 RUB; 250 for 329 RUB; 600 for 699 RUB; 1,500 for 1,490 RUB. One paid fitting costs 10 COINS. Purchased COINS do not expire; subscription COINS expire at the end of the paid plan period. COINS are internal service units, not money, and cannot be withdrawn.

The following monthly renewal terms apply to subscriptions paid through Robokassa. Before the first payment, separately tick the initially unchecked consent box for monthly automatic renewal and check the exact RUB amount. After the first confirmed payment, renewal is scheduled on the same day of the following calendar month, or its last day if that day does not exist. Your account shows the next charge date. Turn off renewal in the shop or profile. Confirmed cancellation stops new charges and preserves paid access until the period ends. A payment already sent for processing may complete after cancellation and is fulfilled once. Turning off renewal does not replace a refund request. Gifts, separately purchased COINS and permanent stylists keep their original terms. Subscription access and each renewal require Robokassa-confirmed payment for the account that created the order; a browser return is not payment confirmation.

When COINS checkout is available, sign in, choose a pack in your account shop, check the exact RUB price, and open the Robokassa payment page. Available payment methods are shown there. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. The pack is added to the account that created the order only after Robokassa confirms payment. A browser return alone is not confirmation. If confirmation is pending, return to the shop for an automatic status check; do not pay again if already charged. Contact privacy@fitchecly.com if the payment remains unconfirmed.

To ask about an earlier purchase or request a refund, contact privacy@fitchecly.com with your account email, payment date, amount, and payment ID if available. The suspension of new payments does not remove your rights concerning earlier purchases.

Telegram account and Stars payments

Opening FITCHECK from @fitchecly_bot signs you in with your current Telegram account. This is a separate FITCHECK profile; matching names or emails do not link it to Google or Yandex profiles. Purchases belong to the account that created the order.

Telegram Stars invoices use XTR: 10 COINS cost 25 Stars; 100 COINS cost 150 Stars; 250 cost 320; 600 cost 680; 1500 cost 1450; Plus costs 390; Premium costs 1250. The cost of acquiring Stars varies by purchase method and is not a fixed RUB exchange rate.

Plus and Premium paid in Stars provide one calendar month through a single payment, without automatic renewal or further charges. Plan features are described above. Access and COINS are granted only after FITCHECK receives Telegram payment confirmation. Closing the invoice or returning to the app does not confirm payment.

Before paying, tick the initially unchecked box accepting the offer and terms. Available methods and the exact amount appear before invoice creation. If Stars were charged but your purchase is missing, check payment in the shop and send /paysupport to @fitchecly_bot; do not pay again.

For purchase or refund support, send /paysupport to @fitchecly_bot from the Telegram account that paid. Provide the date, Stars amount and order number or receipt; no email is required. Stars refunds are processed through Telegram in Stars after checking your request and services provided. The withdrawal terms and response deadlines in this offer still apply. FITCHECK provides purchase support.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We may update, suspend, or change features for security, quality, or provider requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted service or accurate AI results.

To the extent permitted by law, FITCHECK is not liable for indirect losses, purchase decisions, third-party sellers, or consequences of inaccurate AI output. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for rule violations, security threats, unlawful use, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes and contact

The current version is published on this page. Significant changes will have a new date or a notice. The service owner’s details and contacts are available in the Privacy.
